It is indeed right and good,always and everywhere to give you thanks,Lord, holy Father, almighty and eternal God,through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord.
He is the hope of all who die in faith.For although the certainty of death saddens us,the promise of immortality consoles us.For those who believe in you, Lord,life is changed, not ended.
When the dwelling place of this earthly body is dissolved,an eternal home is made ready for us in heaven.
And so with angels and archangels,and all the company of heaven,we proclaim your great and glorious name,for ever praising you and saying:Holy, holy, holy Lord,God of power and might,heaven and earth are full of your glory.Hosanna in the highest.
